Every year, the Classics Department puts on a play under the auspices of Professor Kozak. In 2011, it was Aeschylus’ Agamemnon; in 2012, it was Euripides’ Hippolytos. This year will complete our hat trick of tragedians with Sophocles’ Philoktetes, which will go up in February 2013.
If you’d like to get involved in the Classics Play, it’s a great time to start. The first translation group of the year will meet today at 3:30 on the sixth floor of the Leacock Building, and on Thursday we’ll have our first production meeting at the same time and place.
